These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sykr ("Sykr", "we", "our"), an autonomous AI platform that scans public signals to surface legal money-making opportunities and helps you act on them. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that any information you provide during signup is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Sykr aggregates public signals (forums, news, marketplaces, search trends, etc.), applies AI analysis, and proposes business opportunities, action plans, outreach drafts, landing pages and similar artifacts. Sykr is a tool, not a guarantee of revenue.
Paid plans (e.g. Pro, Scale) and credit packs are billed through our payments processor (Stripe). Prices, included credits and tier capabilities are described on the pricing page and may change with prospective notice. Credits are consumed when the agent runs scans, generates artifacts or executes actions on your behalf. Unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to use Sykr to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may remove or refuse to generate content at our discretion.
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit (niches, notes, profile data, documents). You grant Sykr a worldwide, royalty-free license to process them strictly to operate and improve the service. You also own the AI-generated outputs produced for your account, subject to the rights of underlying model providers and to the limits of intellectual-property law (AI outputs are not always protectable). You are responsible for ensuring outputs you publish or send do not infringe third-party rights.
Sykr relies on third-party providers, including Lovable Cloud, large language model APIs (e.g. Google, OpenAI), Stripe, and email/SMS senders. Their availability, terms and privacy practices apply to data they process on our behalf. Outages or changes from these providers may affect the service.
Sykr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any opportunity will produce results. Scheduled maintenance, model changes and source instability can affect results without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sykr disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Sykr is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued service becomes commercially unreasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where Sykr's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
